Equity Team Mission Statement

We lead our district’s charge to establish an anti-racist, anti-elitist, pro-justice, pro-dignity learning and working environment. We do this through equity-centered data analysis and needs assessment and through the compassionate support of others as we ourselves learn.

Equity Team Vision Statement

Grounded in notions of grace and the shared humanity of all people, we are a team of change agents devoted to justice-centered, data-informed solutions that make CVUHSD a more equitable place to learn, work, and grow. We assist our district office and campus communities in creating conditions which nurture success in and beyond high school for all students and which contribute to the experience of all staff as esteemed members of a joyfully diverse CV.
