Wellness Centers
Each CVUHSD has a fully staffed Wellness Center to provide social emotional support to all CV students. Walk-ins are welcome but students are encouraged to see their counselors for a referral for service.
Wellness Center Services may include:
- mental health consultation
- brief intervention
- individual or group counseling
- meditation/mindfulness workshops
- grief and loss support
- referrals to community-based organizations
- and more
School Counselors
CVUHSD Counselors can assist students with:
- preferred and legal name and gender changes
- support plans,
- counseling,
- referrals to outside agencies.
